Hi
Hope you are all well
I am heavily involved in charity work in the UK working with disadvantaged young people.
It would be great to hear what others are doing in the form of charity work around the world.

While not work for a charity, I used to do volunteer work at elementary schools and animal shelters. As much as I liked it, I no longer have the time to do it. These days, the only volunteer work I do is moderating this forum.

I used to pay monthly fee a child for her school expense via a charity. It's like distant adoption.

I had too much EMI off my own loans and still went on. However, I stopped about 6 months back. Life didn't turn out as expected so I had to stop abruptly. When things get better, I plan to do more things.

nice bro, u should be feeling good daily.

i always wanted to involve in charity was involved good when my online works stared providing results i was giving like 300$ / month to charities in child care homes for like a year i guess, felt so good those days.

then old friends / class mates started coming into my life asking for money help, now i dont even give a penny for charity since always some friend takes money promises to payback but u know friends n money water on oil :D

Thx for reminding me about charity, will make atleast 100$ for this newyear.

Feeding children when I get extra income. Happy to see them smile.

In my country it's hard, charity is a scam business here. Thousands of ads, spammed internet, fake photos. This year, it was famous, one guy has gathered $200k for "sick child" with stock photo. He is in big trouble now because celebrities and politicans donated.

So I prefer to help my family = build family wealth than helping alien people. Especialy we have now sick society. If you need help, everyone will kick your ass. Including people who have get help from us.

In my experience, if we want to make some charity activity, better to help animals than humans.

I don't think you can call moderating BHW "volunteer work" when it comes with a free papal monkey generator license..........

I volunteer to teach mentally and physically challenged children how to swim. It's not really charity work.... but I'm not being paid and I like doing it.
