Charity/Foundation in title helps SEO?

I read an ebook (don't remember the name, something about .org domains) that said, if you put a word "Charity" or "Foundation" in the website title, it helps to rank better in google. Is this true?

nope, that is a fallacy, although before Google actually had a bias for .org domains. Obviously all of that is gone now

I've done tests with this method. No results.
