Charging for guest posts

Paid marketing is not something Google checks for. A guest posts doesn't necessarily have to have links and a link can always be marked as sponsored if you are paid for it. Google will understand. The issue is with websites that have all of their marketing around buying posts to rank. Those are the ones that will get hit with a manual action.

For manual action you need to have a very large and popular web-site.

Make a "media kit" for your site... google noindex... explain advertiser options inside... make legally clear carefully and textually with a linked addendum in all policy docs indexed.

You can do whatever you want within your site, just do not overload it and keep good as for your visitors as for the SE.
But how many websites can their employees check manually for such words written like one has to pay for links.

Why you write on your website it is a paid blog. i think it is best to provide this information to your client when he approaches you?

You see the "write for us" tag is basically an indication of paid Guest posts, you operate like an escort, saying that you don't sell sex, you sell your time. What you're doing now by openly advertising paid posts is becoming a full on hooker. Do hookers get busted? sometimes, not all the time. Do escorts get busted? seldom. They're smart about it. Be smart about your operation.

Seriously, if you really plan to sell guest post, what you need to do is to contact a few guest post sellers and list your blog under them. Without a clear advertising/guest post publicly in your website, you don't have to risk of being penalised and able to charge higher compare to your competitors who publicly advertise in their blog as most people are start aware of links farm
