Hello,

I have client with ecommerce business. With this project I'm working with Google ADS, Facebook ADS, SEO. I have built this project from zero and now after 4 months we have reached 30 000$ sales every month.

I charging him for 1000$/month fixed price but now I think maybe I should offer him fixed price + revenue share.

Maybe you can tell me what rate of revenue share I should charge him from now?

This will be good and also if you get revenue share then you can focus on their business more as it is your own business. More their business grow then it will be benefited for you as well. You can convince the client as per these words.

What is the profit on $30,000 turnover?

That will determine if they agree, if he makes 10% you actually take 33% of the profit already :)

Wow! I am an ecommerce developer. I never thought that way. I always charge upfront fix fee.
