Charging clients credit card

I have had a copywriting client for the past couple of years who was sending me payments through Paypal. Recently, Paypal has suspended their account. This work was a Good Thing, so I'm looking for alternative ways that they can pay me. I tried connecting my Payoneer account to Stripe, but was asked to provide US tax residency documents, which I don't have as I'm not from the US.

Does anyone have any ideas of how I can do this?

Check the stripe tutorial on youtube, most probably you've submitted the wrong tax file to Stripe. Make it correct.
