Charged by mistake by WordAI. How to get refund? Please help!

    Hi there, I just registered a trial account at WordAI but then I forgot to cancel my subscription so I got charged by them. $50 is a big amount of money for me. I tried to contact them via email and contact form but no response at all!!! What I can do now to get my money back? :( I haven't used their service since the charge! You know how I can contact them please? :(

    but why? :( They said that I can "cancel at anytime"? :( omg I shouldn't try their service. >.<

    You can , i also took the trial pack for 30 days i think and i forget to remove the subscription .

    So i contacted them 2nd day and they refunded my money !

    You shoud do the same now .

    I tried man but they didn't reply to my email, I tried to use the contact form too but they didn't reply me back. :( what happen then?

    You weren't charged by mistake. You were charged because you didn't cancel within the trial period.
    Your best bet is to get a reply from them and hope they feel like giving you a refund.

    You learned your lesson i guess...I use their trial ONLY through multiple vcc's! If we can scam them a little why do they mustn't? Just saying...
