Chargebee subscription issue

I am quite a long time jr vip member and previously i used to be on chargebee. I remember very well entering my email and seeing my upgrades list. A day ago I have received a notification that my yearly jr vip plan is about to expire so I went on and was about to extend it however when I entered my email as usual on chargebee it told me "Looks like you don’t have an account with us".

What could be the reason and what is the solution?
 
Contact support.

Edit: I tried sending you a direct link to open a ticket, but it doesn't work. Just click on Submit a ticket from the hamburger menu.
