Chargebacker user: earlt

I sold him 2 ebay accounts and he charge backed my money on paypal after 40 days he made a tremendous profit as he sells those accounts for double the money. Now I got negative money on my paypal account.

As everybody knows, there are 2 sides to every story.

I have records of all the PM's between dominantforce and myself, in which I let him know that 1 of the ebay accts did not have the proper log in information. It did not work. I asked him to either refund me for just the ONE account, or provide a replacement. He basically was not taking responsibility for providing me with a bad account. I gave him around 1 week to get it resolved..never happened.
SO, my only recourse was to put a claim into paypal, which I did-not a chargeback, just a claim.

This guy escalates it, not me-as it is for a digital item, Paypal closes the escalation as it's not covered-dominantforce has not lost 1 cent.

I have all the PM's and emails from PayPAl explaining that he escalated it-I have all the proof necessary to show that dominantforce is lying.

Anyway, I really did not want to get tothis point-I have contacted the mods and reported his post on the day it came out. I've been waiting to hear back, guess they must be busy.

Anyway, this guy needs to be banned, his selling practises and name calling are not what this forum is about.

I welcome any inquiry into this, as I said-I've got all the proof to show this guys true colours. Ive only been quiet, because as per the rules-you have to contact a mod first before posting in this section.

Seems like if you want your money back that you need to honor your words and replace his account(s) that were bad. I mean, if that is how you advertised to earl that you would replace any bad accounts.

Why did the accounts become bad after 40 days though? that is my question.

I never said the acct got banned-I said I cannot even log into the account, BECAUSE THE LOG IN INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED IS INCORRECT-I CANNOT EVEN LOG IN TO GET IT BANNED.

As you mentioned, I do buy and sell accounts as well as other 'items', you think I'm dumb enought to try and log into a US ebay account from a Canadian IP? Man, give your head a shake. At least take some time and formulate a half reasonable response, instead of just trying to cover your ass now.

This is the last I'm going to say to this guy, I'm waiting for the mods to get involved, so that we can get rid of him.

blackhatjamie, to answer your question about the 40 days; I buy and sell ebay accounts. I have several suppliers for these so that I can keep an inventory on hand. Some have feedback, some don't, I sell acct accordiong to what people want.

dominant force sold me the 2 accounts, I just put them into my inventory until someone wanted an account which happened to match the acct I rec'd from dominant force.

So 40 days give or take went by before I had a buyer. I checked the account to make sure the log in info was correct, thats when I found out it was incorrect info that had been provided.

My forum works with earlt a lot, he's a good seller to our members so I can back him up on that. He's a good guy from what we've seen and he knows his stuff.
