Last week I found that one of the customer has Chargeback in my account, so i get the report in mminus amount (-$$.$$), so can anyone please explain in detail about chargeback?
What do you need to know? Basically it indicates that someone complained to the cc company that it was an unauthorized transaction or the product wasnt deliver or..etc
