Chargeback credits in 7-10 days?

I just won back money from a dispute/claim on paypal. Everything said it was cleared but my bank account doesn't show the money back in it. My bank says it never got the credit and paypal says 7-10 days until it shows there.

I'm just asking if this is the normal process?
