Read this in their terms of agreement:
(g)Negative Accounts. You may have a negative balance if Your Account isdebited amounts equivalent to previous Payouts for Charge-backs andYou do not have an adequate Account balance to cover the Charge-backamounts. When You have a negative balance, You must immediately remitpayment to CJ in an amount sufficient to bring Your Account to a zerobalance, or Your Account is subject to 1.5% interest per month,compounded monthly.
If you do go into negative, do you have to pay if you are not in the US? What is the worse that can happen if you don't pay?
