I'm gonna try to keep this concise so you don't have to read through all my struggles and whatnot. In general so far I've spent around 16+ hours on this issue.
New channel I made, terminated. I didn't know why so my appeal just asked why. It got terminated. I spent time asking teamyoutube at twitter, they said because of circumvention. After a couple of mishaps and misunderstandings I find that I have an acc from 2022 that got terminated. It made roblox hack script videos since they were popular at the time, and many 100k+ sub creators had been doing it for a while. The appeal I used on that channel was just asking why I was banned and got terminated (I sent that appeal 2 yrs ago), and it ended up getting rejected. Now, I had another account that was terminated. It didn't have anything on it but was also terminated in 2022 or 2023 I can't remember. It was for circumvention, and I decided to use it's appeal a couple days ago. I said the following:
Right, it's been over 10 hours now of research and more to find out why my other channels were terminated, going back to ones like these to see why my others were terminated. I'm assuming it is because of circumvention, the original terminated channel that started all of this: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOhocdV9SRnODcb1wTlfYAw
Now, it's been 2 years since that channel. I would like to sincerely apologize if any harm was caused, I do NOT intend to ever do ANYTHING like that again. I just want to be able to make content again.. I forgot about that terminated channel and learnt things like editing, SEO, and the algorithm. It's always been a dream of mine, and I would seriously like to say sorry if what I did was wrong. I thought I could, since many channels have over 100k subscribers and have done it for years, ex. Furky - Roblox Hacks, Sakpot, 1 F0, and more. Thank you for cinsidering my appeal, I really am sorry and apologize if I broke any rules.
This is what I said. within 4 - 5 hours the channel got R E I N S T A T E D. The joy I felt was immeasurable. But now, I'm lost. Am I even allowed to upload on that channel? Technically I'm not allowed to posess any channels if I have ANY terminated. My other channels were terminated for circumvention and appeals rejected because I wasted them asking why I got terminated. This is the one circumvented channel that got the appeal accepted because I debated my case well enough instead of asking why I got banned. So can I post on this reinstated channel? OR is it safer to have a friend create a Gmail account for me who lives 20 or so minutes away from me, and then I use my pc to login to the account with a NEW browser to stop html5 footprint? And then livestream + upload from there? I can't use any other device to post vids or livestream since all of them are either not a pc/laptop or have been used by me and my accs before. Or is that the only way? To have someone else upload your videos forever? And then only stream on like kick or twitch? ANY advice would be appreciated, ty.
