I took a challenge upon myself since I can't even afford that much and do you know what the minimum wage where I live its 100$ month for 8 hours of work not to mention the cost of a vehicle and your food you'll only save around 50$ month so I'm pouring all my time in 3 channels in different niches with shorts while using some tricks to get everything for free I'm sure i will start earning in 3-4 months if I didn't break my consistency my only spendings will be my internet that's 30mbps 6.39$ month so I will be spending around 50$ and 4-5months of nonstop grind

youtube does not allow TTS videos to be monetized so there is a very little chance of you getting monetized but if you have a TTS voice that is not saturated on youtube and sounds natural then you have chance but you said you are using murf, I've used it and it has some voices that are natural but still not very convincing it also depend on your script & which type of words you use, some words are very difficult to pronunce natural by AI, if you hear the demo of murf, it's very convincing but if you put your own script result will not be same...
so it's very hard with AI to get monetized on youtube unless you have a unsaturated natural sounding AI TTS software...

also, you can set pronunciation for words on murf. Select where to breath, where to emphasize and much more effects. it will give quality output. Go and Look At This Channel I was in a similar niche so does my cousin his channel got demonetized so he switched to original content like this channel since he has a huge audience it won't affect their channel whatever they'll make the audience will watch! that's a given so I've given you enough freebies now look for yourself what you can do and what works for you Good Luck
I can't say more now I gave you enough freebies one last thing I will mention is to find the right niche that's all there is to know if you found the right niche you can make a ton of money without hassling over stuff like TTS just make sure you add value.
