channel marketing help

Im doing interviews in the financial markets sector and content there. how can i promote the channel? Im already doing collaborations with guys, that have a good reach on youtube and other social media but its going slow.

What are the best ways to market the channel? I have a german one and englisch. Same industry.

Are we talking about paid or organic promotions?
I'd say that generally speaking in small niches your best bet is optimising your videos down to very specific keywords that are getting searched, to try and take advantage of the search volumes.
Collaborations are a good idea, and you can expand it by trying to get your video in featured in relevant sites and blogs.

both im considering paid and organic. already using tubebuddy and optimizing the videos for good keywords that is shows. What kind of external marketing would be best? I dont get a lot of love yet from the youtube algo, because i dont have 1000 subs yet
