My channel got demonetized for reused content. I made a few minor changes and my appeal was rejected for that. Now I have to wait until September to apply for monetization.
To be honest, I do not care much for this channel's demonetization, but I want to monetize other channels...
In the email YouTube said that:
"While your channel is demonetised, you should not create new (or use existing) channels to get around these restrictions. This includes using any of your related channels to apply to the YPP or directing viewers to your other channels that may already be monetising – doing so could lead to the termination of all your channels."
This is very vague and doesn't say much.
So...
1) Can I monetize a new channel in September when the 90 day period has passed or do I have to remonetize the existing channel to be able to monetize new channels?
2) Are there any workarounds without having to wait 90 days to monetize new channels?
a) Asking a family member to create an AdSense account in their name? The issue would be that my family is in a different country and my channels are created and operated in the country that I live in.
b) Opening an AdSense account for a LLC? I could use PO box address. However, I probably would still have to use my bank account/my actual name to open new AdSense account.
c) Asking a friend that lives at a different address to create an AdSense account that I could use? I could use my friends bank for payouts. I could send him invoices for "consulting" to get my money and explain the taxman where my money is coming from. The issue of the accounts being operated from my IP remains.
Is anything that I listed above could work? Any other ideas?
