2 days is a very short time - if it's worth the change there should be no issues.

Why not just post the same video with another title. There is certainly a bad impact to it if you do it within the 2 day period.

I have seen even big creators expreimenting with thumbnails and titles. So it is not going to affect the channel negatively.

changing it in 2 days isnt going to be a problem, if you have found better keywords(SEO), like someone already mentioned, many big channels experiment by changing titles and thumbnails, if your video has got a lot of views from search, then its better not to change.

You have to it after reading the video metrics (low ctr)
And only if there is a similar video at your channel with other title/thumbnail/hashtags that worked better

You should not make such changes too frequently. Before uploading the video, give some thought to title and post accordingly.
