Sometimes you have to stop what you're doing on a day to basis and completely change your routine.

If you are stuck in a rut and you keep doing the same thing then you'll never get unstuck.

Social media can be extremely detrimental to progress. If your social media isn't making money, or stops making money, cut it free.

I can't tell you how many times I've reached the end of my rope and ran out of options because I wouldn't stop doing the same thing.

This is a reminder to everyone and myself to not be afraid to let something go if it's not bringing you any progress in your life.

Often just taking a break will help settle things down. A day away walking in the country or to the beach is great and a day or 2 offline is really relaxing.

When we moved to Spain a few years back, there was no internet in the house for 4 days, it was bliss.

Thanks for commenting on my first attempt at a thread @MisterF

You're right, being disconnected can be so freeing!

I wonder when was the last time members on here ready an actual book: either paperback or hardback.

I have two unread books within arms length of me and I haven't touched either of them in months. Great suggestion!

A sense of Isolation always helps in refining anxieties.

I did some IM training with Jamie Lewis if you know who he is? A former clickbank guru.

He said before you venture out to do something big or new you have to "strap yourself into the rocketship". That always stuck with me.
