Hi, My webhost that im currently using has become incredable slow at loading my website now, since I started gaining alot of uniques. My website has SEO work on it constantly, and Iv'e just started getting good results. If I transfer web hosts, Will my websites rankings be impacted?

Google has repeatedly stressed the importance of page speed, you most likely will see improvements, especially long term by switching hosts

it may drop if you have big outage, so move it quickly, if your new host is fast, then obviously it will improve your ranks

Make sure you optimize your website as well for faster speed. Install some kind of CDN services like Cloudflare. if your website is still slow you can move them around to another host.

As far as indexing and penalties no. Google cares about your domain, not where it's hosted or what hte IP is. Page loading times do play a factor as others have said.
