very rarely, you have to have a really really really really good reason and catch a admin on a good day...

id like to change mine as well, since ive quit smoking a few months back and im tryin to sever all ties i had to that old life style lol

Most people try because they have scammed people and want to try again under a different nick. It's the reason why we deny 99% of the requests.
