Few q's on Instagram accounts...
1. Does the blue/verified checkmark persist if you change username?
2. Does anyone here have a valuation method for Instagram accounts? Know of any legitimate brokers or marketplaces? Trying to determine potential resale value.

Unless you have a good reason, & already contacted with Instagram's support to schedule this beforehand, the chances are pretty high. As far as I know, you'll lose it no matter what, then they'll re-verify you (correct me if I'm wrong).
Based on Instagram's TOS, there shouldn't be any, but in reality, things are different. Instagram accounts are evaluated based on many factors, including age, total followers, engagement rate, niche, etc.

I've seen legit accounts changing their username and the badge was lost.
I've seen hacked accounts, changed everything and the badge was still there...
good question.
