Changing URL in existing PBN post

I just want to get sure.

If I have a existing post with one of the URL's of my websites (which is not relevant anymore) - can I just change the URL to give the link juice to my another website (same niche as the previous one)?
Or do I have to make a new blog post?

You can change the link, when google bot crawls the page again it will notice the change.

Yes, its fine to change the link.

Remove the old link, wait a couple weeks or so, then place a new link on a different anchor.
