Changing Title tag and sandbox

the sandbox affects the entire site, not just certain pages. If you're sandboxed you will not even get impressions (let alone clicks) from google even though you should normally rank somewhere and get some kind of traffic. That's what the sandbox is, and it has nothing to do with pages / keywords
lol no. That'd be total douchebaggery from google if they did that, but I've never seen it happen

Simple answer: No.
If you are already out of the sandbox then changing the title won't send your site into the sandbox. But your ranking might get affected.
