Changing proxy servers automaticallt from C#

A few years ago, I was a jounior/novice programmer for a website that doesn't existt anymore. My boss had a function that would change Tor relays programmatically. I've lost the class, and I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction to build my own. Thanks in advance.
