Changing PayPal accounts linked to eBay

Hello,
I have two stealth accounts (they are created with my friend's information and names). The problem is that on the eBay account my seller limit is higher ($7500 a month) but the PayPal is limited to 2500EUR a year, because my friend doesn't give me her ID to confirm the address. On the other hand the other eBay account have ($2500 a month) but the PayPal is confirmed. So could I link the eBay account with the higher limit with the other PayPal account?

I have another question also. My first account that was suspended is now active and I have 1300 feedbacks on it. The problem is that the PayPal account is still limited. Could I use my grandpa's credit card to make new PayPal account and start using my old account that is known to my customers?

I have done this successfully recently with USA ebay and paypal. While creating a listing , i swapped out the old PP and put in another one with no problem, i was surprised. And in another case i un linked the old pp and linked a new one with no problem. I still had a 21 day hold though since the ebay was kinda new. I think in both cases you can accomplish what your trying to do, but i would keep both the pp and EB account to the same country to be on the safe side

You can add a different paypal account with higher limits to your ebay higher limits account.Also you could make an id and utility bill from @seconeye bst thread here and use your existing paypal for your ebay account with higher limits.
