My top 3 competitor have main keyword in their profile so should i change my GMB.profile name with my main keyword

competitor name littlegem private toues ireland

my gmb name ireland vip tours

please guys suggest me.

You can change, but it might trigger the video verification for your business.

And still, you can also outrank them without having the keyword in your business name by doing the optimization.
 
No dont change, get the positive review thats it, Use all futures of GMB, update it regularly with photos etc
 
I tested something similar last year: kept the brand name natural with a subtle keyword, and it worked better than stuffing it
 
There is no doubt having the keyword in the title would help you rank better. But the questions it should not sound like a cheap business. Since it looks sometimes awkword to have keyword in the business name.
 
A warning from my end, I had a few GMBs who got suspended.
The problem was like this:
Our business name in the GMB was - BUSINESS NAME + CITY + STATE, with the original name being without the CITY part
Several GMBs took a hit and took me over a month to get them both back up, and I had to provide tons of evidence for our business being legit and also had to remove the CITY part of the name.
I got very lucky because I had someone I knew who faced the same problem, and they told me this might be the problem.

I wouldn't change the name is to risky and may ban your account or trigger a verification . Leave at it is

Adding keywords can help rankings, but be careful Google sometimes cracks down on obvious keyword stuffing in names. A balanced mix of branding + keyword usually works best long term.
