You can use a service like HMA and script it to reconnect every 10 minutes. Most ISPs won't give you a new IP without resetting the modem.

I built a bot that rotates my ip's however I want it to, sometimes every X minutes or every X times I run a script.

There are several ways to do it, I have multiple connections so each connection can be preforming a task without interrupting another.

    Hope that makes sense.

To answer your question more specifically you need to know what it is you want to do and why you need to change ips. Then you can come up with a good working solution to meet your needs.

    I wish you much success.

Are you sure your getting a new ip from your ISP and not just one from your router?

For instance does your ip change after you reconnect:

If you have a DSL connection, powering your modem off for a few secs and powering it back up will usually give you a new ip. If that doesn't work call your DSL provider they can usually walk you through the steps. Please disregard post if you don't have DSL some ISPs are funny about ip addresses.

Have imacros visit the router s cpanel [192.168.0.1] this is most likely the address and reset the router - should be something like 192.168.0.1/reset_options/reset.php?reset=y --- every 10 mins ---... nothing like this actually but you get the point :)

Here's how to get a new ip with cable internet / static IP:

1 # Download software Technitium MAC Address Changer
2# Install & Run Technitium MAC Address Changer
3 # Generate random mac address & use '02' as first octet.
    4 # Click 'Change Now'
    5 # Go your router config (192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1)
6 # Click MAC Address Clone
7 # Enable MAC Address clone & click clone
8 # Open CMD and type
(Wait a few seconds to connect to the internet)
9 # Check www.ipchicken.com to confirm you have a new IP.

You could just install tor browser and get a new ip/identity anytime you want at the click of a button. Bit slow going via tor though but it works.

Just like everyone, I also recommend HMA, or you can use Utrasurf, it might help. :)

Ultrasurf is good but does not have many IPs. I've ran into issues with getting duplicate IPs very often there and could not use it for my application.
