Hello All!
I have 7 domains on a shared host plan averaging 12k page views per day.
I have found in one of those speed test sites that my loading times are a bit concerning I guess?

size - 14.7 KB
Load time - 3.69 seconds
Average Speed per KB - 0.25 seconds

Think that visitors are bouncing because of those high loading times.
Do you guys think it's time to move to a business plan?

If so, do you think 100Gb disk space and 1000Gb traffic limit per month in a 50 user limit per server are ok for 12K page views?? Will I notice a difference in the loading times?

Thank you

load time can be several different things. One the server that you are on. get the host company to check the server.

next would be your site coding. If you have lots of pics and so on this will slow it down as well.

also you can look at using a service like cloudflare This can hlep with load spead as well.

Depending on your host company that you are using example 1 and 1 or godaddy will have slower load times just because of the servers you are on and how they max them out.

hope this helps.

But the number of persons on a shared server and the number of bandwich they are consuming, if it is high, won't that affect the server speed ?
My doubt is if 12k pageviews a day would require a less crouded server.

The hostgator business plan as a free dedicated ip, can you explain me what that is?

Regarding the seo part, will I notice any impact in the serps by the fact I have changed the server and have now other ip ?

Ty
