Changing GMB address when rentinig?

Hey everyone. Well, recently I was wondering what people do in the case of rank & rent of a physical location.
I know there are service like plumber where it doesnt matter. But let's say you rank for a dentist in Miami. Well in that case you need to put an address right? What do you guys do after you get it to the 3 pack and decide to rent it? is it possible to change the address to your client then or how you manage that?

I wouldn’t build a GMB for customer-visit businesses under the rank and rent model, that’s high risk.

Google is really cracking down on address changes hard, and since Maps is proximity based too, changing address on GMB, citation and other NAP signal sources would basically be a force reroll.

If I were you, I’d scout a doctor first that doesn’t have a GMB presence (vocationals at clinics) and make a deal with them first to build around them. Ideally however, I would focus on mobile services rather than customer visit.
