If you have a blue tick or gold tick (organization) can you change your name/profile pic without losing the tick or will it be under review while the changes get checked?

If you change name or profile picture it says your check mark will be hidden for a short while whilst your profile is reviewed.

so you think these guys are able to pass the check by not copying the name exactly and replacing some letters?
