Hello there. I have a non-English website that gets most of its traffic from Facebook. It is about 3 years old. And now I want to switch the language to English and monetize it with Adsense since the other language is not supported on Adsense. Since my website has more than 4.5 million users in the last 12 months (according to Google Analytics) I think it's ranked quite good on Google. My quesitons is whether it still can keep its ranking on Google if I switch the language to English? Please suggest me on this. Thank you.

Nope, your content has "changed" so it will be re-evaulated.
Why not do a language filter switch instead?

Thank you. I'll have a close look at that. Does that allow making default language as English and then option to switch to another language? Do you think switching on English as main language could affect Google ranking?
