Is it ok to go back and change the anchor texts on my pbn sites? I realized I didn't have any exact match anchors so I went back and changed some a few weeks later.

Whats are you talking all this PBN nonsense about? You know a guy who has a site, who had some guest posts done. The anchor text wasn't the best, and when an on page seo expert was hired to look over the site, he noticed this and recommended a couple of changes. The site owner done that, and you heard about this from a friend of a friend.

Agree with ThopHayt. It is about the same amount of work but the profit would be more if you follow ThopHayt's suggestions. It is like the difference between rewriting existing content and writing new content from scratch
