I have a bunch of old accounts with few thousand dollars in ad spend in each of them. All are a few years old. Still active with paused ads. I want to start using them but sooner or later verification is going to hit these accounts. I don’t want to use fake docs so I was wondering how safe would it be to change billing details as well as admin details? Has anyone done this yet? I would change these details to my legitimate business details.

You risk getting your legitimate business info flagged if something goes wrong. Changing/adding new admins is available only for accounts set as organization.
Either way though, I see no advantage of using the accounts for other than testing or BH ads which eliminates the option for WH verification.
