I changed my address and had 400+ local citations. A lot of which I didnt make. Should I bother trying to go to each url and log in and try fixing the address. Thats after several of which I dont seem to remember the user name or password for. Or should I just take my list, and sign up again? This time making sure to always use the same email and account name. The old address has been deleted by google for not existing. Then they told me I had to delete it from google places and my account before they would open a new one up with a correct address.

Yes, you will have to make sure your NAP (name, address, phone number) are correct on all citations (based on what you said above, it would be much easier to start over). With your Google+ Local page do you provide services to clients from the address? or are the services performed elsewhere?

Service is performed elsewhere. Thats what got my original 4 year old place page and all my reviews killed, then they reviewed it and figured out the address was a parking lot. So yes, the address is hidden now like it should be. If they are going to change the rules on something that important then they should say something. I have always had the box checked to say the service was on location. When I set it up, there was no box to hide the address.
