Hello!

Here is the situation:
  1. I participate in the affiliate program which prohibits to use some websites (let's say it's YouTube).
  2. I know how to get traffic from YouTube. The traffic is great, they do buy the goods. But if the advertiser finds out that I get my traffic from YouTube he will ban me.
  3. I have this type of referring in any link:
YouTube -> bit. ly link there -> it redirects to my Wordpress website -> mywebsite. net/mylink -> It redirects to my partner link -> advertiser .com/partnerlink
I find this way to work the best because I can easily change where bit. ly links are actually redirected to - just change the redirect with my website settings. That way I can change the advertisers or landing pages without messing with YouTube links.
  4. All redirections on my website are handled with Wordpress Redirection plugin wit 301 redirects.
  5. In the end, an advertiser can see that my traffic comes from YouTube. It doesn't matter that I redirect it through my website

So here is what I need to do.

I need to change the referrer to every user that comes in this way. Say if the user hits my link mywebsite .net/mylink and gets redirected to the advertiser, then the advertiser would see in the analytics that the user came from mywebsite .net and not from YouTube. So the advertiser would have no means to track the traffic further back then to my website.

Can it be done with the instruments I already have? Or is there some other quick way to make this type of tweaks?
