Changes in Google?

They stated that they are deindexing sites with numerous bad reviews. I recently had one site go from the 12 spot to 9 and then back to 11.
I am also having trouble with Google maps. I think the maps thing may be my doing I had too many listings on one account.

Yep. This "bad reviews system" could be usefull for us. We just have to write some bad reviews on splogs about our enemies

I don't know the answer but you can try to find out some bad reviews which could have been made against your sites.
I also have lost position, can't explain it yet.

No. For example you write an article about a product and say that product suck etc...and do a link.
Google analyse your article and define if it's positive or negative review
