Changed the niche, what to do now

So I was making compilation videos for a while and then got demonetized for reused content. And decided to change the way my channel goes and create my own content. I'm creating content in gaming niche but since my own content based on another game my video metrics sucks cause people obviously want to see previous game that was on a channel. They want to see compilations, not my own content. So where I am now: I'm creating a really good, funny and well edited videos in Minecraft sub niche. But ctr, watch time metrics are really sad compared to compilations. So what's the best move will be at this point. I wanted to do collab at this sub niche but everyone wants to make content alone. Keep creating this content with hope that one day I'll find viewers is dumb as well. So far I have only few ideas is to create content for a broad audience so even people that want compilations will be interested in it. Or try to create something viral and post it on Reddit. But maybe you guys have any tips? My real problems is because of sad metrics videos not getting into suggested so I'm stuck with 3-5k low engagement views.
