should i delete the sitemaps and resubmit them, or just click the resubmite button, i submitted them yesterday but no change, do i have to give it more time ?
changed all my links structure on my website

Resubmit and give it more time. You may also want to submit to index on WMT.

You can check your sitemap link structure to see whether the change has taken place on the sitemap.
If your site's sitemap has been updated accordingly, and if your content is good, Bi G will normally send the spiders within 24 hours, and it shall be updated according to their schedule.
I notice tht the search engine updates their result twice weekly - once sometime Wednesday and another Sun - so you can expect to see the change within a week or so.
