I on another hand wouldn't want to change name. I bet many of my relatives wished I wanted to but naah... It's a good door opener and my doings is pissing a lot of my relatives off so I stick to it until death :D

USA you have to pay, and go through a shit load of paper-work, my aunt did it, and said it was expensive, and an extremely long process, though that was atleast 10 years ago so the process may of completely changed.
 
I always liked the name "Johnny" if I had a new one.
