I have several mp4 video files that I would like to upload to Youtube, but for one reason or another they have been blacklisted bu Youtube.

My question is: is there some sort of software that I can put my mp4 video files through to delete a frame or two so my video files are no longer 'duplicate content' or 'blacklisted files' so that I can re-upload to YT?

It would be best if there was no encoding involved, just quick and easy clipping off of a frame or two for quick and easy video making.

Thanks in advance.

even I am lookin for a tool that way...

to mass add a short video either at the end or at the beginning of the video I upload...

So that videos don't get detected as replicas and can pass the ban filter...

you can use ffmpeg to cut frames, add videos to the end or beginning, and a million other things all from the command line.

if you know how to write bash scripts you can get real creative and pretty much "spin" a video like you would an article lol

When this happens to you guys like you upload a bad video does the whole account get banned or just the video? Im just curious.

I normally re-encode to different resolution and add intro and outro frames. This is not as simple as you requested, but it helps when it comes to changing the checksums. Their content inspection mechanism is overrated - their normalization during upload is enough to provide a clear footprint of your clip anyway.

When the video gets flagged three times the account gets frozen. When I make a new account and noticed I couldn't put the video back up, I'm just told that the video is not authorized and it stops right there. So no, the new account does not get banned (in my case) when I tried to re-upload the video.

I have premier pro and after effects that I can edit my video files, it's just a pain in the butt, that's why I was hoping there was an easier solution. I'm looking at FFmpeg now as suggested, it's looking promising so far...
