Change thumbnail on Facebook link

Hello guys, i'm searching a way to modify link preview when i post them on facebook. In particular i need to change content titles: i know this is actually possible while posting manually but i'm searching a way i can use also with software like facedominator or ninja blaster... any advice?

I am looking for the same thing, I think. I need the thumbnail on affiliate sites to update when my affiliates post, whenever I change content on the redirect site.
