hello, I want to change thumbnail of one of the my ranked videos which is getting good traffic from suggested videos, will it affect rankinkgs if I will change thumbnail for it?
change thumbnail after 1 week will drop views?

Thumbnail will help in increasing clickthrough rate so I dont think it will decrease your rankings besides you will get good CTR if the thumbnail is catchy then the previous one.

i have changed the thumbnail of a video and it goes down, people sometimes they don't trust a thumbnail with attractive picture and big words, and i think changing the title of your video can also decrease the traffic

But if you don't have a good thumbnail ppl won't click on the video no matter how good the video actually is. I know it stooping low to use clickbait but you gotta do what you gotta do.
