It sucks that for my country good TLDs arent so often.

Do you think it can work when i buy .com which had former content in english but then i just reacreate and translate the content into frensh?

It could work, yes, especially since from what I saw english to french and vice versa google translation is quite good, you won't need to edit it much. Depends more on your niche and competition in your contry..

Not a problem at all. It would be slightly different scenario with money sites, but with PBNs it's just fine. Especially if you stick with niche relevancy.

Yes, I did it on 30+ sites. Created the PBNs with .de and .ca and .fr TLDs and when my writer delivers the content, we simply translate it on Google and created the sites. So far its working great without any issue. Even a few of the frenh PBN sites appeared in Google Top 100 positions on long-tail keywords.

yes; or find expired .fr, there are brokers selling them.
