Change image hash in Jarvee

Hello there,

I currently use "Unique image alteration level" in Jarvee Repost settings, so Instagram doesn't notice I steal content.

The question is : does it actually change the hash to a unique md5 ?

If not, is there another option in the tool that allows it ?
