Change from PPD to CPA???

I have an old website laying around which gets around 200UV and around 10conversion a day making me around 8-10$ a day with fileice.

Now i'm planning to expand my website and want to earn more.

I promote keygens which i made myself the keygens generate a code but the code is not valid.

Would it be wise to stick with a PPD or should i change to CPA?

From what i've heard CPA company's are very strict about this.

Also how much higher could my earnings be when i change?

dont change to cpa unless you know the risks.

with the kind of stuff you are promoting i don't think it is wise to move to CPA unless you find a network that allows you to promote their offers on your sites
