challenge with adWords

my campain is yet to be approved.

i have appleid for the past two weeks and it only say STATUS : ELIGIBLE


anyone to help explain to me what could be wrong please.

Eligible means approved.... if you are not getting any clicks, you either have no balance remaining, or you entered exact match keywords nobody is searching for.

Adwords (Google Ads) review algorithms keep changing & fluctuating.I make several churn & burn accounts daily : Some go live in 24 to 48 hours and some 5 to 7 days. What works for me : Incase not live by 4th day, then pause your search campaign & create the same in a new search campaign & ideally it goes live in 24 hours from then. Incase it is a display campaign, then better just wait.

Its approved now.
What did I do? Only sent a ticket to support requesting a review of my situation, they replied by saying it will be looked into. After 3 or so hours its approved. Thank you all.
