I would advise you to get a comfortable chair that keeps your back straight, and you shouldn't bend your head or neck in any way, since you might get back / neck problems. I got a really bad headache last summer when sitting that way

I'm in bed/laying postition.. but saving up to get a corner table+real nice chair.. I have a chair and a desk but I can't sit on them for longer than 15 minutes
I've got a stand up desk at home (transforms into a regular desk as well, adjustable height) I find I'm more productive whilst standing but it takes a long while to get used to.
Leather couch where I work like Gollum - yeah I know it's bad for my neck and back and whatever, but I try to counterstrike old age problems living unhealthy enough to die off before they hit me.
