Hey guys,

I am currently back home for a few weeks until an election is called, and I plan on making selling some of my
chainsaw carving.(I am quite good)

I plan to sell them at the local farmers market for some extra cash and practice, any advice on selling shit
like this? Most of my stuff will sell regardless but I like being active.

Here is what some of my stuff looks like for anyone who is curious. 59102_10151365197883495_1333343843_n.jpg

You should build a site to sell those.
This. Also make some nice flyers advertising your website. That way if they don't want to buy at the current moment, they'll possibly want to later on.

A booth at higher end craft shows. My uncle made a living making furniture with hand planes selling the stuff to rich people. Those carvings are awesome.

A guy up the street had a tree cut down and left 16' or so of the trunk and had it chainsawed into a giant grizzly bear standing on 2 legs...

Man, you don't need help selling those. You need more time to start making more of those so that you can keep up with the demand. Just place them anywhere there's foot traffic and they'll sell themselves.

TIP: You may want to set up a TV that shows you in action just so they can see that you're really a chainsaw carver. :) The sound of chainsaw in the air thanks to the TV will surely attract people to your booth.

You should be recording on youtube every single one you do. Plus you should do some novelty ones too, example obama with huge ears.

The weekly "chainsaw carving show" on youtube would be hugely popular.
