Hi, what do you guys think about site with celebrity sex tapes...i know that it would be successful but the only problem is with copyrighted videos... Most of new celebrity tapes are made by Vivid so how likely is that i will have some problems with uploading their material to my site?

I think its copyrighted, so its no difference if its celebrity porn or not.

Vivid come down hard on copyright infringers. Also, celeb stuff makes you a ripe target for the celebs' lawyers. Easier ways to make money out there.

Have you looked at the compitition for the niche?

copyright issues would be the least of my worries!

competition and copyright will kill your business. Try something easier. There are a lot of info regarding the "how to make money" topic, on this forum.
