i think we found bhw roughly at the same time, however i registered only a year later
(i was searching for an autoresponder on Google and BHW was amongst the top results)

and silently you hit another milestone: 2.5k rep :)

Well, I just noticed that I hit the 2000 Posts mark . . . Hard to believe.

I remember back in 2008 when I first started searching on Google for
"Internet Marketing" and "Make Money Online", and in the course of
my search, I noticed a link for a strange-sounding site called "Black
Hat World". It seemed like a mysterious and ominous name, so I
clicked on it and lo and behold, here I was! BHW was a different
forum back then. There were only about 5000 or so members at
that time and it was somewhat wild and wooly. Since then, I have
seen so many changes and so many people come and go.

BHW has been a big part of my life over the nearly five years that
I have been a member. It really does seem like a home to me and
I am grateful for everything I have learned here and for the many
wonderful friends I have made.

Actually, it started in January of 2009 when I was offered the job as
a Section Mod in the Member Downloads section. Then after a year
or so, I was promoted to Full Global Mod. Then, about a year after
that, I was promoted to Super Mod.
