So around 6 months ago I got a cease and desist letter for my dropshipping website because I had copyrighted/trademarked items listed on my site. I took them down immediately and the site has remained stagnant since.
Now, I am looking into getting into dropshipping again. I still own the domain and the site is still there, just with no items listed.
If I list items, am I going to be "under the radar"? Will I get another cease and desist if I accidentally list a trademarked or copyrighted item on my sight? I find my items on Aliexpress and many times it is hard to know if it is trademarked or copyrighted.
Which brings to mind another question: Is it legal to sell a shirt on aliexpress that is sold by another company, if the shirt does not contain a trademarked logo? For example: a design or a sentence screenprinted on a shirt.
